HUNTING AND FISHING OPPORTUNITIES
Hunting: Red Stag, Elk, Sika Deer, Fallow Deer, Sambar, Rusa, Tahr, Chamois, Wild Boar, Ram, Goat, and Turkey.
Game Fishing: Striped Marlin
Boat Fishing: Snapper, Terakihi, Garnard, Kahawai and Kingfish. Saltwater fly fishing is available for Kahawai and Tuna species.
Trout Fishing: Rainbow and Brown
ACCOMMODATIONS
The newly built lodge features a welcoming and comfortable communual lounge, where you can relax with a drink, watch television or enjoy time with fellow hunters around the open fire. There is a seperate quiet area for reading a book or catching up on the emails from home (with wireless internet provided). The large working kitchen offers the opportunity for clients to sit informally around the “huge bench” for casual meals or a “coffee”. Guest rooms are well appointed, featuring king or queen sized beds with modern ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. This lodge also provides some additional relaxation options with a large hot tub and sunny outdoor decks. Evening dinner, served in the formal dinning room, include delightful, traditional New Zealand food with venison frequently featuring on the menu. All evening meals are complemented by quality regional wines.
